Terms of Use

OrcaPod LLC · Last updated August 2026

Orca is provided by OrcaPod LLC, a Washington limited liability company. By using the app or this site you agree to these terms.

The service

Orca is a podcast player with AI-generated summaries, takeaways, and recommendations. It is currently beta software: results may be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable, and the service may change or be interrupted without notice. AI-generated content can contain errors — verify anything that matters before relying on it.

Podcast content

Podcasts remain the property of their publishers. Orca points you back to the original audio; it is a guide to episodes, not a replacement for them. If you are a rights holder with a concern, contact us at admin@orcapod.fm and we will respond promptly.

Acceptable use

Personal, non-commercial use only. Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrcaPod LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
